Starting Webka previously required separate dependency-install, frontend-build, and backend commands. A root
npm run dev:allcommand now handles these steps and serves the frontend plus API together at127.0.0.1:3000.npm run dev:all -- --host 0.0.0.0 --port 3002overrides the listener. The launcher caches unchanged frontend output, prints usable local/LAN URLs, validates ports, and stops its child processes on Ctrl+C. Explicit local/LAN origin aliases preserve authentication and signaling when using both addresses. The README includes the complete startup instructions; Node 22.12+ and Rust/Cargo are required once.Validation: four launcher unit tests, eleven Rust tests, strict Clippy, and the exact-command integration test pass. Integration covers automatic installation/build, all pages, local/LAN authentication, QR port, foreign-origin rejection, cached restart, Ctrl+C listener cleanup, and occupied-port rejection.
