Closes DUNGEONS-18

Summary

  • trace the Dungeons & Ground wordmark in the brand color, then settle it to its final size
  • reveal the homepage after the wordmark sequence and remember completion for return visits
  • support skip, Escape, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences

Validation

  • pnpm --filter @dng/web typecheck
  • pnpm test (32 tests)
  • pnpm --filter @dng/web build
  • production SSR first/return visit cookie check
